jbhSolutionsLM is an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) that designs and develops functional applications using Microsoft's Visual Studio IDE. We provide software application design and development for the individual and small organizations/groups that are using Windows and Android OS devices. Plans are underway to include iOS devices in the near future.

BUSINESS MODEL

jbhSolutionsLM business model starts with accepting client application requirements, designing and developing a beta version of the application which is then placed in the Microsoft App Store or Google Play. The user downloads the application and validates and verifies the design. Modifications and corrections are incorporated, and the application is then made available to the client as source code, or as an application purchased through the Microsoft App Store or Google Play. (Note that source code for beta versions is only available upon validated request.)

This privacy policy governs your use of the software applications for a Windows 11 or Android OS device that was created by jbhSolutionsLM.

User Provided Information: The Applications do not collect information you provide when you download the Application.

Automatically Collected Information: These Applications may collect and store in a database personal information, namely the first and last name and email address. The user of the Application may be required to disclose Automatically Collected Information: (a) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; (b) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; (c) with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement. We use analytics collected by Microsoft to help us understand the Application’s acquisition demographics.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information: These Applications will retain User Provided data, if required for operation, for as long as the user maintains the information database within the Application. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly. We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards within these Applications to protect personal information access. For example, we limit access to this information through passwords to those who need to know that information in order to manage the Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information processed and maintained within these Applications, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be amended to the Application through submission of an Application update to the Microsoft App Store. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy (also contained within the Application) on any downloaded Application update for any changes.
